Norionsoft ("we", "us", "our") operates the UGTP Universal Gateway Transaction Platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service, including the API, documentation site, admin dashboard, and landing pages.

Account Information: When you register for an API key, we collect your email address and organization name.

Transaction Data: We process blockchain transaction parameters (recipient addresses, amounts, chain IDs) submitted through our API. These are necessary to relay and track the transactions your users sign.

Private Transfers: For private-token transfers on Avalanche C-Chain, the amount is encrypted by the client application before the request reaches us. We never receive or store that amount, and on chain it appears only as ciphertext. Deposits into and withdrawals from private tokens are public, so their amounts are processed like any other transaction.

Usage Data: We collect API call logs, request timestamps, and usage metrics to monitor service health and enforce rate limits.

Technical Data: We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, and device information when you access our web interfaces.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Infrastructure Providers: Blockchain networks (Avalanche C-Chain, Arbitrum, Base, BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum, Polygon) necessarily receive transaction data as part of on-chain execution.

• Service Providers: We use third-party services for hosting (Vercel) and database (Neon). Swaps and cross-chain transfers are quoted and routed through LI.FI, which receives the addresses, tokens, and amounts needed to build a route.

• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed API keys, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We strive to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Please note that transactions executed on public blockchains are inherently transparent and immutable. Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, the transaction data (addresses, amounts, timestamps) becomes part of the permanent public record and cannot be deleted or modified.
